Welcome to use the Honey AI & Roleplay AI Chatbot application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). The Application is provided by  WING WAI LLC. Before you start using the Application, please carefully read and understand all the terms and conditions in this User Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with the Application.

5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1 You agree not to:

6.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
6.3 WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

8. Indemnification
8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless  WING WAI LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Application using your account.
